Downpour Marketing is building an owner-led growth operations service for home-service companies. This draft explains the categories of information we expect to handle while the intake and client portal are being connected.

What we collect

Public audit requests may include a business name, website, service area, and work email. A future client workspace may include account, lead, campaign, and delivery information supplied by the client or an authorized integration.

How access works

Client workspaces will be invite-only. Access will be scoped to the appropriate agency, workspace, and location. We will not ask a teammate to share an owner password, OTP, or passkey.

Current status

The public audit form and portal shell are not yet connected to a live data store. Do not enter sensitive client data into the preview pages.
